The pain is so bad!

Hello all,
I have lurked for some time, but this is my first post. I have read from time to time about others and scraping the front end. However, where I live in San Diego, the streets are so bad, I am scraping the bumper not any rubber air dam. Running my fingers under the front lip makes me feel ill. I am at stock height and try to take every ramp at an angle, but sometimes theres just no choice. Am I the only one here?

It's even worse with a lowered Turbo or Gt3 . I have decided that I will continue to be as careful with the lip as possible and every two years have it repaired . I'm due . From the front one can't see the scrape but underneath it's not smooth.

Great video Alex! Love the "Stig-esque" touch. Also like that you used the iPhone's timer.

To the OP, scraping is just one of the things you have to deal with when driving this car unfortunately. Just try to be as careful as possible, but there are times where you just can't avoid it unless you get a nose lift system.

This is a great forum, thanks for the moral support to everybody who replied. Alex, I watched your video over and over again-- it's beautiful. Definitely worthy of serious consideration. I'm new here jman, and there are many things I love about this place, but good lord the roads in San Diego are the worst I've ever seen. They're bad everywhere--

yrralis1 - Thanks for sharing those photos even though I'm sure it was painful.
