997 Door Panel Removal - DIY

Hi - got some great painted parts from bumperplugs that I wanted to install, but couldn't find the documentation to remove the door panels for a 997. the 987 instructions are close, but different enough to cause a problem if you pry where you shouldn't.

So here we go, I tried to document with enough pictures for you to do by yourself.

As always, be careful and take precautions when working on your car and around airbags.

+1 rep for you. The first time is always the worst time taking off door panels because you don't know the tricks. This will help me immensely when I do mine. Thanks!

Nice Post. I don't see myself taking my door panels off anytime soon, but good to know that it is here.

I have a question, how did you get the triangle (mirror adjustment switch) cover off?

Thanks

Easy. Pull out from bottom of triangle, then slide straight up.

Well done! Anyone have a link to an illustrated basic DIY for the engine air filter and cabin air filter?
