How much off 2009 or 2010 C4S Cab?

In the market for new 911. Dealer has 2010 C4S Cab with PDK-MSRP 121,000. What percentage off would be reasonable for this car? Anyone know of any good deals out there?

If you pay cash, 20%. I actaully got about 22% off mine, which was a list of $99,500. Porsche has a program called cash in trunk, that is $10k or so and your dealer should be kicking in to make up the difference. I have also seen a number of similiar deals to mine. If you dont do cash, instead of the cash in trunk you get the 1.9% for 60 and just whatever the dealer is looking to swallow.

Those deals are only on 09 cars . 2010 cars are higher . They have a full year to sell them and are coming off record sales months (july, aug.sept, oct - all were strong ) and have less production numbers than 2009.

To the Op --
near 20 percent on an 09 .
2010 cars --depends on the car, the options, the region, the inventory, and the time of the month --harder to pinpoint the discount .
One more thing --I remember your 06 car !!!!!!
Welcome back.

Had talked to the Porsche Finance Dept. from the Dealer. He told me he try to get me a 6% rate on my 2010 order (my credit score is 700). Am I missing anything here? 1%....

Your not missing anything. The person that replied first is missing something. The "Deal" is on the 2009 left over vehicles. By the way the money is no longer 10K it has been lowered. He is correct in taking the 1.9% or the extra cash. I'm a fan of taking the larger discount because nearly nobody ever keeps a loan to full term. 6% is a good rate for 2010 vehicles as there is no subvention by Porsche. Porsche has lower production of 2010 vehicles to help control the market flow, this is good for everyone as they are also trying to help resale value. Remember the more you can get off a new vehicle simply means the lower its value will be in the future. See Chevy Suburban for details

Every time I heard members here say how good deal they have like 20% + off or $20,000.00 off MSRP really make me think I am a fool. I only get 9% off MSRP, that's.
Thanks PorscheSalesAtl, you really make me feel much much better now.

Pepe Porsche White plains. Talk to John Farrell. Keep in mind I bought 4 Cayenne S in the past, so I am a premier customer of theirs.

This is true. Taking the lower financing but getting less upfront discount is similar to prepaying some of the interest. Not a good idea if you trade often.

I just spent the last 4 weeks shopping aggressively nationwide for an 09. 20% is about the maximum you can get and most are closer to 15%. There aren't a lot of 09's around. Mostly the less desirable launch cars- green C2S coupes, aqua C2S cabs, and meteor grey C4S coupes (the new GT3 sports seats are are tough sell- a couple of dealers told me that they are going to take them out in an attempt to get them moving).
