I know Im probably gonna get plowed for this thread, but I took my car out today , top down 88 degrees and sun blasting with the tunes on. I almost forgot how much I luv it! Was actually thinking about givin it up...... but fogettaboutit. No way , No how! LOL......... Actually blew off work to celebrate Fathers Day early! God life is good!

I have to agree with you Jim....once you drive it with the top down,SUN shining.....makes it impossible to give the car up!

Took the Cab out for a moonlight drive on backcountry roads last night. Every time I drive it I'm amazed at the performance, but sometimes, like last night, are special. I've had the car almost a year now and still look forward to driving it.

 

Getting plowed why? Because you are one of the few who actually drives these cars? I hope you put on some serious miles not just a drive around the block.

 

Don't feel bad about driving it. I have put on 20k in one year. This car just gets better with each mile. The engine, the suspension, the tranny; they have all improved. Maybe I am just biased though.

About 200 on it today Actually went through a lite rain shower on the expressway(still dry road).....cranked it up to 100-120 to keep the rain out of the interior. LOL Imagine explaining that one when u get pulled over. LOL

AND NO I wouldn't want to use that for an explanation to the Police officer if you would have got pulled over......!

Contrary to what some may think... rain does not dissolve these cars.

 

LOL.......BTW guys the short speed bursts were on a parkway that is not heavily traveled I actually bounced the rev limiter in third exiting a right hand turn(Ed would be proud....LOL)
