panel re-sprayed
All I know is that if I'm looking for a PORSCHE in the Texas area and it's owned by a twenty nine year old I'll be sure to pass it over...
Now everybody knows.
I've seen some used cars in the Porsche showrooms that had some panels repainted and they looked great... For about a thousand bucks the cars looked like new - not a chip on them... and it can be done again when they start looking a little shabby from chips .

Glad that all worked out for you solrac6262, a re-sprayed car would have bugged you for the the whole time you owned it, even if it was a flawless job, have fun with the new one and dont forget to post pics.
Guy, I hate paint work as much as anyone and especially if I felt duped or mislead, but to me, it's not the respray that would bother me, if it had collision work, THAT would be the issue for me. Regardless of what they told you, it all has to be in writing otherwise it's just considered'selling'. Did you pull a Carfax?
I can tell you for certain that there are paint/body shops in ATL that can and do paint high end cars and they looke PERFECT. Did you know they repaint ALL new Ferrari door jambs when they arrive before they are delivered to the customer? Soime sort of paint defect I am told. Many guys do get alot of the high end cars resprayed to clean up the chips etc. Some dealers and the mfr also respray some when they arrive at the port. If you didn't notice it when you bought it, it must atleast be decent passable paint work. Believe me, I know, if the dealer didn;t know it had some paint work, it's because they didn't want to know.
I hate to join the chorus and just say 'enjoy it'. If you get it checked for collision work and find there was some, it will cost you more to go after them than the value difference in your car. Just take the lick and nove in; life is to short to fight this battle.

Three panels being repainted is a big issue especially as the car was sold as not having any body work or repainting.
I've taken a few people to court. It can be expensive, but I enjoy seeing the miscreant's face when they have to explain themselves to a judge. All the bs, smoke, nonsense and bravado gets stripped away and you get right down to the issue at hand.
Fraud.

Three panels could have been repainted for a numerous amount of reasons..
I'm assuming you've never had your car keyed by jealous people...
