C2S rear bumper

I want to install a techART front lip, side skirts... but the only thing stopping me is the rear bumper..

there is no product on the market to solve the height of the rear bumper, therefore if u install a front lip/bumper, side skirts, ur rear bumper would look much higher than the rest of the car..

any solution?

guys with a GT3TEK rear bumpers, are ur bumpers lower than the stock bumper?

any companies with solution to this problem?

The rear aspect of the bumper is the same height. The area immediate to the rear tire is lower looking from the side.

Interesting question form the OP and one that I never gave a second thought to. Anyhow, my car has an OEM GT3 front bumper, TechArt side skirts, and a Rinspeed Indy rear bumper. Looks fine by me. Here's a couple of pic's that might help. I can go and measure my car tomorrow if you want.

i see what you guys mean..

I'm just confused standing infront of two paths; one, is the techART front and sides, and a GT3tek rear bumper.. two is a carrera sport classic front conversion, with either techART sides or GT3tek's upcoming version of the GT2 sideskirts for the narrow body, and a GT3tek rear bumper..

That's my gripe with the Vorsteiner rear bumper as well. The front is 4" off the ground, the side, at it's lowest point is 2.5" and the rear is high when looking directly at the rear, think it's about 10" high.

the GT3TEK rear IMO sits lower near the fenders than stock does. Never measured it though. Check my album on my profile for comparison photos.

I'm just suprised no manufacturer approached this problem.. From the first generation 997 till now.. I am wondering if anyone of the builders out there would come across this thread and offer solutions.. The narrow body 997 is a huge market IMHO, and I'm sure a lot of owners face a problem with scarcity of such products for the 997 c2's
