an ordinary person with no police connections will go behind bars for quite a long time after that. happens inn MA all the time. not to mention all the lawyer`s expenses and just pray they will not enforce it as a premeditated assassination attempt( what it in fact is). and prey victim will not actually die in the result of this ‘accidental discharge’.

current law enforcement system works to benefit crooks and gangsters. jail is their home and they do not care if they go in and out after kicking your behind and damaging your property. it is you who will die there, in that jail, not them. so be smart and act smart. you have no right to protect yourself anymore and do not even rely on that, as that is how system works. police will not try to do anything on minor issues like this as they are told 'not to escalate issues in the certain communities'. if you shoot somebody - you will go to jail. so avoid getting into situations where you may have to shoot somebody, as most of you here got enough money to afford that.

most comments are offensive in some way or another. from my perspective sc$mbags do not have ethnicity.
i know plenty of decent black folks who got good education and good jobs despite their surrounding, as well as i have met enough both white and black *******s who rely on hypocrisy of modern society to gain from it.
