OPINION: Which Vendor has the best ECU upgrade/program?

I am looking to have my ECU flashed. In your opinion, which vendor has the best price/HP ratios? Who has the best service and follow-up?

Haven't done much comparison, but I'm absolutely thrilled with the EVOMSit from Sharkwerks. In and out in an hour, with a smile. Car feels generally happier, and like it is having a good day all the time now. Part throttle response is definitely better (It's not just a throttle mapping thing because I had the more aggressive throttle mapping in Sport and Sport Plus removing with my tune!). It zings up to redline with more authority and less of the dips and valleys in the power curve that it had prior to the tune.

Weirdly, my exhaust sounds different too, much less like I hog tied Donald Duck to the hot exhaust manifolds. Smoother and more exotic. (the car has a Tubi Style exhaust)

NOTE - To anyone from Porsche NA or a Porsche Dealership, I'm obviously NOT talking about my car.

i vote for softronic as it is simple to do and it is reversable.

you will also need 200 cell cats (at least) to get full benefit from ECU flash.

GTRR....one of the biggest determining factors in a decision like this should be after-sale support. Being that you're in SoCal....you should definitely look into GIAC. They are right in your backyard and have YEARS of experience tuning Porsches. Give Andrew of Austin a call.

They can give you a pretty detailed explanation of how flashing works, what power gains to expect, and the TRUTHS about flashing vis-a-vis your warranty. They also have a dyno on site where all of their tuning is done.

Another vote for EVOMSit. They are coming down to So. Cal and are having a big tuning event November 12 in La Jolla offering the tune at 20% off. Check it out in the So. Cal. section:
