997c2 dyno
997c2 dyno
The following are results of my dyno. I'm not sure if I should be happy with the results or not but please take a look and give me your opinions.
997c2 base with fabspeed cold air/bmc filter/fabspeed headers and muffler bypass w/approx. 6000 miles. Ambient temp. 70 F and approx 5-10 ft above sea level. (don't know if that makes any difference)
I had 4 runs with low hp of 302.6 and high of 309.9 / low tq of 264.9 and high of 269.8. Anyway, you see it on the graph. Dynapack.
i know its not 470/500hp with the evo 997/s kits...now that really nice.

I didn't get a chance to dyno the car prior to the mod so I won't know how much I've gained but seeing the responses so far on 3 boards, it looks pretty good.
The graph looks a bit misleading with since the heading shows "flywheel etc" however the results are at the WHEEL and not flywheel.
I thought about taking the mods off and redynoing but it's too much of a hassle so take the numbers as you may.
The only other option I'm considering is the GIAC flash. Hopefully that will take care of my running lean on the low end issue.

The higest numbers were attained on the first run and the lowest number on the last. Overall the numbers are pretty consistent on each run. The sweet spot is definitely between 3k and 6k.
In addition, I have a comparison with a stock 360 modena that was dynoed there which I'll post up later. It's interesting.
