Sorry to vent!... I have dealt with a lot of Vendors for off-roading!Most of them have been top notch and great to deal with,also many for my Porsche!All I have to say is after 3 emails to FD Motorsports since April 2nd and nothing in response,they have lost 1 customer anyway!They haven't replied for 3 emails!Please don't say why haven't you called.Found a local area for my work to be done!

not to defend them...but...how can you flame a company on a public forum when you didn't do all you could to contact them?...if you had called as well and received no response I could understand your posting about it...as it is, it could have been as simple as their server/internet provider being down or a problem with their email...in this economy a lot of companies have scaled down to survive and the phone has become their primary method of doing business

That's strange - I just completed a transaction with them last week (ceramic tips). They were easy to deal with and very quick with e-mail replies. I had never heard of them before, and went solely based on positive feedback from others on this forum.
Assuming for a minute that the OP got the email address correct all three times, and their email server was operational at least one of times the OP emailed them, why would any internet vendor have an email address they don't respond to ?

I think he was emailing at a .com instead of .net.
My company address is .net and I cannot begin to tell you how many time someone types in .com when I'm clearly telling them .net.
