Of course it is entertaining for me. The fact that you couldn't prove your skills based on your inquiries shows that you're all talk and no show. You were being a little drama queen with your haired pulled the side yelling madly on the phone as if you wanted everyone to look at you because you blew your 'motta'. Until further, there is no proof that you can drive. Good luck selling the car.

You do sound like you're fresh off the boat. Besides driving lessons you should get some English lessons while you're at it. FIA license....hahaha.

I think you are king of internet drama. I'm not selling the car so don't have to say good luck to me. Thanks :roll eyes:

Anyway can you proof me you can drive better ?
Go see me at go kart track if you want to learn the line.
Same power all driver. Interesting ?

OP, your integrity is not holding up here. Everyone who actually knows you and your car (ex owner, and 2 fellow trackday member) have nothing but negative things to say about you. And your statement of "two guy said he never really seen anyone drove a porsche this hard" seems like an awfully big statement to me. Porsches are some of the fastest cars in the world; driven by some of the best drivers. No offense, but I highly doubt you are up there.

There are some quality and knowledgeable members on the forum. Take their advise and open up that motor and find the cause.

I appreciated useful knowledge advise. And Yes I'll open up motor.

If you really go over early post. I'm actually looking for input on build motor with stronger internal.

And everyone comment and go over out of object. I'm not being negative but complain about rebadging or telling me to get gt3 or stupid comment like that is not useful.

Have I ever ask about doing Gt3 conversion or ask how can I make my car like GT3 ? No I haven't ask that !!

Please read over and see who is trying to go out of object.

About the driving skill. I won't say anything anymore. Like I said everyone know their time lap. Those people who talking like super pro probably know what time they can lap the track. I know what time I lap t-hill and I know how fast I am. No one need to comment since I never ask for comment on my driving skill. A lot of people start to make the thread go wrong way. Only way we can proof who is faster is lapping the tame in a same car. And I don't think anyone willing to do a proof. So you can doubt what ever you want also you can call me a bad driver or whatever but everyone know yourself! Too bad they still allow people like me on the track. too bad I have $142 to pay for track day and too bad I have some $$ to buy my car and beat it how I want. Too bad they sell GT#RS badging online to anyone that doesn't really have GT3RS. It is really too bad you guys didn't happy about it. But hey ! it is what it is.

I appreciated all good advise.

OP - I think you're on a slippery slope here and you should quit fueling the fire - I mean this in a good way. Seems the question(s) you had was answered at-large several pages ago.

I wish you good luck on your solution.

That is more catchy.

I don't know you, but I'm surprised at the hate in this thread.

I genuinely feel for you. Hopefully you get it figured out and do so as economically as possible.

Years ago I had a Mustang Cobra. Sometimes guys with V6's or even GT's would put a cobra badge on the car. It was looked down upon and even made fun of but never to this extent.

imho if you are after track motor rebuild it would worth to strip car down, dro weight down to 2600 lbs or as close as possible to it, eventually building sopmething like 996 spec car but from 997 tub, as you already got RS panels it may use cup wing, so we speak here of a track only build.

usually at that step if you not sure how to proceed it would help to involve pro builders to assist with directions. you were given contact info for best motor builde who works on M97 motors - as you already found out - not too many shops out there do that. in my opinion i am not sure if I would want to spend $15K on such project, but, you know, it all depends.

don`t get distracted by various crap in threads, it is what 80% of all forums are about.

agreed !

i say money shift caused the failure.. based on the OP's description of the way he drives : reckless.
and based on track observers description: reckless.

OP: its obvious from the original pics that u want and like attention. i mean was the flame pic really needed to state your problem? its a great pic, but i doubt that was the point your car failed.

Its also obvious u push these cars very hard.
so.. get a engine swap and sell the car.
buy a real gt3.
u say u can't afford it ?
i say u can't afford not to.

BTW.. 996 GT3 has one of the best porsche engine.
if u really like tracking, who cares what the interior looks like ?
or u can throw in some recaros.. and ferrari insignia if it will make u feel better.. lol

i am also curious what happened to your previous cars ? the s2000, 350z, lotus, sti.. never had any mechanical failure on the track? (and keep in mind, truth always surfaces )

tunedbygoody, you may be frustrated by the reaction of some members but when you strike out yourself and start posting insults and name calling you will end being the one taking some time off...so learn to deal with it in a mature way or give it up
