Angry FVD Led lights Error

Hi guys .
I bought a month ago the Led light kit from FVD front & rear and it has been working perfectly . Since 3 days i am getting an error message "check rear left bulb" after having the lights on for about 20 secs or so. What is happening is that the lights shuts down after a while ( brakes and blinker works fine ) on the left tail light stops working. If i turn of the lights and put on again the same happens, works for 20 secs then shuts down.
What do you think the problem could be. Right side works perfectly well and i tried changing the module from right to left the same happens.

Same with my DEPO/DECTANE ones, i have problem with right rear tail light. emailed simon (fish123@speedstersource.com) but no response.

I emailed FVD today with no reply . I will call them tomorrow lucky enough I speak German .....
But I am probably sure that the Entire light is defective it's not just a connection or resistance problem. I have tried everything possible.
Only solution is to get it replaced by vendor or morn 600 $ .

Sorry to hear about the rear tailight troubles. We will be glad to send you a new unit if it is defective.

When you call FVD @ 07665-989-90 speak to Florian. He speaks perfect english and he is in the electronics department and will be able to remedy the problem more efficiently.

I need to say that I actually received two emails back from FVD team and they are probably going to help me out with the issue. So far so good. Professional people " made in Germany". Will keep you posted.

OK! Called FVD had Flo on the phone. I must say the service is amazing!!!!!!! I told him my issue and everything i did to try to fix it. He said i will call back in an hour. He did call back and told me that a new light will be shipped today as a replacement. Will send back the defective one as soon as i receive the new one!!
Well done FVD keep the service to this level !!
