I recently found a source for a center console lid, e-brake handle, and shift boot with deviated stitching on Ebay and wanted to share. The company has a user name of autotrimming and an Ebay store name of leatherinteriors and offers these parts for Porsche cars in leather with yellow, red, tan, black, and gray stitching, and also offers alcantara.
The parts are very reasonably priced but the caveat is that you have to install them yourself. The console lid was the most difficult of the three, as there is padding underneath the factory leather that is prone to ripping when you remove the original hide. You can buy replacement padding (I think it’s called Volara) and shape it to match the factory piece, but I just sourced some felt at a local fabric shop instead. I have no experience with interior work, so if I can do it you can probably also figure it out.
The e-brake handle is not advertised, but they custom made one for me after I removed and sent them my original handle. All told, I spent less than $150 for all three pieces. I have no affiliation with the seller, but just appreciate that they offer reasonably-priced items for Porsches. Here’s some photos:
I've used them too and had it done in Alcantara- very nice. I was planning to get the center console next and since im lazy would have an interior guy do it for something like $50 but done right over my impatience.
I didnt know they would do the ebrake and would do that as well now that I know..any quick links on how removal of ebrake handle? thanks!

I Googled it, but basically you just pull the button out and then twist the stock handle back and forth to break the glue. Then it just slides off. You have to send them yours and, unlike the other parts, they actually install the leather onto your handle. That's presumably why they charged me more for that part than the other two.
For Porsche it looks like they have mostly just console covers and shift boot covers.
True, but they were willing to make an ebrake handle for me so if you contact them with a request they may also be willing to accomodate you. The worse they can do is say no!
