"reimburse" is a very loose term any time the government owes you money.. but don't you dare be late paying them! ... usually it is "deny, wait and see" to see if the claimant reacts... usually people give up on 1st denial...I think i read some where they only end up paying 10% of the number of claims submitted... but there are those who persist and may win the lottery and get lucky and have some damages reimbursed.
