Was browsing some photos on the computer as I uploaded new pictures of my lip to the "what did you to your 997 today" thread and thought I'd share the history of my mods.
I'm not done yet and it's already gone way to far.
What's left to do is probably tint the taillights and make the wing blade glossy black.
Might paint the calipers as well, but haven't decided what color yet.

Mods I've done:

• 30mm H&R lowering springs
• GT2M rear spoiler/wing
• Gen 1 turbo wheel + plasti dipped them.
• Painted sidemirrors glossy black
• Tinted all windows
• Fister mod
• Akrapovič carbon exhaust pipes
• PORSCHE letters emblem + dipped
• Maxton Design front splitter/lip
• LED taillights
• LED interior lights
• LED DRL
• Parrot Bluetooth
• 997.2 keyshells

Below is a few pictures to show the cars journey from stock til todays apperance.

not sure why you say it's gone too far...that's like the basic stuff so far

 

Not a fan of the black wheels though the car itself looks nice.

 

those are pretty mild mods. on the spicy scale, you get 2 out of 5 alarms.

 

Title should be changed to "Mods just starting"...

It is looking good. I also prefer the turbo wheels unpainted.

 

Wheels looked WAY better not black. Now you can't make them out from any other black wheel unless you look closer.

Here's some up to date pictures of the rear. Hope you guys like it.

 

I went to the local porschereseller and ordered a gt3 "smilegrill" for my car. They'll have it home in a week or so.
I'e also been thinking about making the blade black, and with some help from my friend in photoshop, this is what it'll look like if I decie to do both things.
