I'm going to put on a set of turbo wheels on my 08 cab, can I use the stock lug bolts from my original 18" carrera 3 wheels? The new wheels specs are 19x8 et 57 and 19x11 et 67. Do I also need spacers?
OEM NB have the same offsets as the numbers you posted (provided you have the same diameter/width wheels). So they will bolt right up with your existing lug bolts. The image below is from a 997.1 user manual.
If you also add spacers by choice, you will need new lug bolts that are longer by the same amount as the thickness of the spacers. For example, using a 15mm spacer you need lug bolts that are 15mm longer than the stock ones.
Actual Turbos run:
Fronts 19x8.5 ET56
Rears 19x11 ET51
This means your new rims are ‘Turbo-look’ rims, rather than actual Turbo rims. It’s a fairly common setup (e.g. I have it).
Assuming these are not aftermarket rims, your existing lugs will work just fine.
Spacers... only for cosmetic reasons in your situation. There’s a million threads on that topic. Me, I run 10mm up front and 15mm in the rear - with longer lugs of course.

You only need longer bolts if you use spacers and the rear offset of 67mm is a NB offset so, yes, to get the correct fitment you would need 15-17mm spacers + longer lug bolts,
The standard 19” wheel size for a narrow-body 997 is:
Fronts 19x8 ET57
Rears 19x11 ET67
This actually varies a little by model. The 997 GT3 is a NB car and it's stock wheels are 8.5 and 12 wide F to R respectively. We run them on my wife's C2S.
OP, also check the thickness of the wheel's mounting surface hub where the jolts go through and compare your current wheels to the new ones. I bring this up because I used stock lug bolts on a set of OEM Sport Design wheels and the hiub flange on those is thinner. The stock wheel bolts actually went too far in and started clicking on something in the hub. I had to go to front bolts that were a few mm shorter and then they worked fine.

Sounds like the rear bolts that clicked were the wrong size to begin with - probably the longer bolts sold with the 5mm spacers. The front bolts are the same size as the rear bolts with the standard configuration - no spacers. Here's a good picture from Suncoast.

Actually all 20 bolts were the same size and standard length. I used my digital caliper to measure the hub flange depth at the bolt holes and the Sport Design wheels were thinner than all the other wheels I had on hand and compared them to (OEM GT3, Champion, RUF)

All 20 bolts were the same length. The fronts are the ones that didn't work. The rears worked. Since I didn't have sn issue at the rear, I didn't measure yge mounting flange thickness of the rear wheels - maybe they were thicker since they're also wider.
Sold those wheels years ago so can't go back to see what was going on.
