I sure liked my M3 but even with an intake and catback it just wasnt that quick. Casual test drives in a 997S were all I needed to tell the 997S was substantially quicker.

At some point you realize that absolutely no one believes you (including all of the other M3 owners) and you STFU and walk away. I will say it has been fun to laugh at your BS on both boads.

 

i dont have just an intake, chip, and muffler.... And I am going to walk away from this discussion because you guys obviously dont know what youre talking about. My car IS faster than a 997S, i know that for a fact. Also, anyone that says black smoke is a sign of a car burning oil is a complete dumbass.

Seems like a nice easy claim to make. Do you want to publish the independently verified performance data on this forum that shows you're right?

Like I said, without FI, you continue to talk out of your ***. I don't care if you have cams, ECU, catback, pulleys, et al., you are still at the most 380 and still not able to kill a 997S.

I love BMW's but not enough to lie about it.

 

Dont listen to M3Jon, he obviously doesnt know what he is talking about. The guy posts a million questions on the BMW forums, he doesnt have a clue of anything. He thinks black smoke puffing out of the pipes is caused by having no Cats but he doesnt understand something is wrong with a car shooting black smoke all the time (running really rich etc..).

taz, I have no idea what your problem is, but i suggest you have it checked out. Seriously. Now I'm BSing about my garage? Wow. thats VERY interesting. Youre the type of person that even if i posted a picture would say "Bull****, thats not YOURE garage." So its virtually pointless. The thing i dont understand is that my garage is far more modest compared to other members on this forum, such as kazMD, etc, but you dont go bothering them about it. I'm sure my garage comes out to a small fraction of what his garage costs. Why dont you go call him a BSer? The point is, you have absolutely no reason to make that accusation and youre totally making that claim (just like every other claim against me) in an angry rage. As far as black smoke coming from the exhaust, i said it wasnt from the car burning oil. Black smoke is a telltale sign of a car running a bit rich. After i tell you youre wrong, youre changing your tune. Typical. Now you want to tell ME that i dont know what im talking about. Sweet. I dont know what threads youre talkinga bout, but my brother has access to my account.

05997S - since you have such intimate knowledge of my m3, why dont you show why a 997S would beat my car?

You went and probably called AA or some other tuner and asked around what black smoke means just so you dont look stupid. Too bad you already do. You have not done anything special. Ive gone through all your mods and your car will have trouble with a 997S. You're talking BS with a guy that has gone through every mod and has learned almost everything in the book about M3's.

Once again, you dont know anything about what you are talking about. What readings would show a car thats its runnin rich?
