thank you for misquoting me again....... i clearly said that the 997S is faster than any stock m3, but it doesnt necessarily take FI to beat a 997S. ITs pointless for me to continue this discussion with you guys because youre so convinced otherwise. ITs fine... People that buy the 997S as their only Porsche are the guys that couldnt pony up the dough for a real turbo car. I know you should find some security in knowing you paid nearly double for a car that performs worse than an m3 and is less practical. Generally when people make the jump from an m3 to a p-car its to a turbo not to a 997S....

I agree, we love pics. And some of us know exactly what it takes to get power from an M3 and for that reason we don't believe you and your claims. So far, no pics, no time slips, no dynos, no witnesses, no mod list so you tell us who is posing.

Sounds like you came up a little short to and have to settle for an M6.

 

Unless it is one of the BHS cars there is no way an NA M3 with the listed modifications will beat the 997S. Simple and plain. Unless you raced some old man in a tiptronic. Period.

the 997S is clearly faster, but if the M3 gets the slightest jump, it'll take a long time for the 997S to overtake it because it's not that "faster" enough... now if we're talking 996 Turbo power, ok, it won't take that much time.

around the corners... 997S is not only lighter, but it's putting down more power.
