exactly... so what was the point of you people calling me out on my garage? you guys are pointless to argue with.... DId you even read my last post? WHat do you expect to see as far as mods go in my engine bay besides an intake? It is as stock looking as it gets with the exception of the intake..

OK so you have an intake, good first step. Since you say you can't see anything else, you obviously do not have an FI set up, anything else? Here is my old M3 just for fun.

I'm not M3 expert at all, but most of the cars I've fiddled with you can see headers / pipes without looking too hard.

wow congrats.... so please go back and read all of my posts... i said my car was fully bolt on N/A the whole time; i never said i had any FI! I'm still waiting to hear what N/A mods you are expecting to see besides the intake.........

now for some criticism.... You obviously didnt care too much for performance on YOUR m3. You went with aftermarket BBS CHs which are HEAVIER than your stock OEM ZCP wheels.... great move. YOu also didnt touch that car's suspension. THat is one of the best improvements that can be done on that car.... You also had some improperly installed muffler.... great.. now i know why you think the m3s are slower than the 997S. I can tell you one thing though: your m3 is faster than your non-existant 997S....

GO check out the m3 engine bay next time you see one..... IT IS VERY TOUGH to see the exhaust manifold through the engine bay with all the heat shielding. YOu'd have to really squeeze down in between the shock tower and the block to get a semi good picture of the headers. THe point is: this guy obviously has no clue about m3 performance or modification. I dont know what he could expect to see on a N/A m3 in the engine bay besides an intake. That just shows his lack of knowledge.

Yeah, I am a bit of a posuer, to be honest, one of the main reasons I went with the CH is because it was easier to reach my hand through to clean the dish, plus I like the look a little better. BBS makes the stock rim BTW.

I originally bought a Ti Gruppe M what a freak show that was, then I traded my stock system for what I would agree is a marginally fitting magna-flow catback but it sounded fantastic.

The car handled well, but I never really dug the SMG all that much and put off any further mods as I felt I wouldn't keep it long and in fact I didn't.

Still waiting for you to get your **** straight and tell us how you spent 20K an NA mods for your car but have yet to swap out your stock 18"s. And NOS is not FI dip****, as far as the pic, I was only interested in seeing what was not there namely FI. You seem to have some trouble with the facts so I thought a pic might help your cause.

and... did i read that right? "SMG"??!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?! wow! now i totally understand where youre coming from. SMG is a great deal slower than 6sp pal.

look, im not going to discuss this with you anymore.... you bought a ****ing SMG m3, probably made its slower than it was from the factory, and think its a fair to use that as a yardstick against a 997S in this argument. GO drive a modded 6sp m3 and return with your new impressions....

The only reason you won't discuss anything with me is because you really don't have any mods on your M3. At this point, I would be pretty surprised to see that you even had an intake.

alrighty.....thats fine... you can believe whatever you want; its your perogative. And i wont get into a performance discussion with a someone that buys an m3 competition in smg, puts BBS CHs on it, "Calls me out" with stupid questions, and tells me he "knows what it takes to get power out of an m3." thanks for your comments... youre great experience and knowledge of the m3s capabilities are no longer needed in this discussion....
