I am about to close a deal with Bert Smith of St. Petersburg
Florida. Anyone have any experience with them good or bad I would like to know.

I didn't purchase my car there (I got it at Reeves), but I take it there for service, etc. In my experience, they are honest, fair, and seem to do a good job. I don't remember his last name, but they have a sales guys named Mark, and he's great to work with. Tell him Nick Pappas sent you... Good luck.

I bought a 2000 BMW X5 and a 2001 Boxster S from them and they were great back then. I had problems with the X5 and they really stood behind the car and gave me excellent service. I came close to buying my '06 C2S Cab from them but it seemed Reeves was more hungry and the sales guy (Henry Rivera) at Reeves was very very good.

Funny you mentioned that. I had the exact same experience and ended up buying from Reeves. But the salesman that impressed me, Mark, jumped ship to Bert Smith after I bought. So hopefully, I'll get to do the whole buying a new Porsche (997 TT) experience...again soon.
