Evoms quality...what do you thnik?
Hi! Like 2 months ago I bought the Evoms Stage 4 and the CF mirrors....
and all I have is problems!!!!
first....the Airbox filter comes incomplete and the quality suks!!!!!
second....my CF mirros are for 996 and I have a 997....I send it to Evoms like a month and stil waiting....
and now....my exhaust spit like some dust...brilliant dust and I send 2 Emails to Evoms and nothing!!!!!!!!!
what do you think?

I hope I dont get flamed for this since they are a major sponsor but I have to say that EVOMS service sucks. The products are are ok, over priced but thats what you get when you drive a P-car.
I have had many problems with their customer service. Everything was taken cared off when said and done but alittle disappointed with the compnay in the end

Paris_Carrera S, I tried contacting you directly today via email in regards to your performance issues and I have not received a reply. Our time difference may create a delay in our correspondence. I reviewed all of the emails that I have received from you and I did not see any questions or comments regarding problems with performance. I know we ran into a problem with the wrong parts being sent out, but as per my last email to you I am waiting on the right parts to come in so that I can correctly fill your order. Unfortunately we have been experiencing longer than expected delays with our 997 Carbon fiber side mirrors. That is what has been holding up the completion of your order. Getting back to your performance problems, we pride ourselves with our level of support, and I am sorry if you feel that we have fallen short. As I said before there was no correspondence to me about those problems. Please contact me via phone or email and we will promptly take care of any problems you may have.
And just so you all know, there are three main contacts here at Evolution Motorsports that you can reach for ANY Porsche related questions, comments, or concerns. There has been some definite growing pains realized from moving into a much larger facility, but we have tried to maintain the same level of support and service throughout the mayhem that was involved in moving from facility to facility. If some of you have experienced unacceptable support or service I truly apologize, we honestly value each one of our customers and we want to maintain a positive relationship with everyone who purchases through us or our dealer network. Once again, any complaints or comments can be sent directly to our General Manager Dan McGuire (dan@evoms.com).

Just to give my own experience .. I picked up two evo intakes (997 / 997s) a couple weeks back ... I am very satisfied with the service and quality of EVO. I had a small issue with the install and I got ahold of the support people within minutes of calling (from Kuwait).
I am even thinking about getting the big brake kit and supercharger (provided i can find a good installer) from them.

I bought the EVO front mount IC for my A4 which has been pretty flawless besides requiring what I thought was a little more bumper liposuction than advertised, but nothing to get upset over. My shop also couldn't get ahold of them for days on relocating the air pump, even though a bracket did come with the kit, not blaming anyone for this one really, still just confused.
Unfortunately for EVO I tried contacting via PM about getting their turbo kit for my car (because it was not on their site anymore) with no avail.
Overall my experience was OK, I'm extremely happy with the product, service lacked a little but I would do bussiness with them again.

I understand no company is perfect, but I have to say that my experience with them has been. My supercharger is phenomenal, the quality is awesome and looks OEM, and the power is linear and incredible. I couldn't be happier. I continue to be extremely impressed with EVOMS, their company, and their products. And every time I drive my car I am amazed at the bulletproof power.
I recommend EVOMS to anyone who will listen, as well as the guys at Imagine Auto in Kansas City who did my installation. Both are simply phenomenal in my opinion.

I've had nothing but good experiences with EVO and have had their intake, Supercharger kit, short shift kit, pedals, CF mirrors and probably more to come. All the products have been high quality, well thought out and have exceeded my expectations performance wise. I recently dropped in while in Phoenix on business and Nate and team were very willing to spend time with me giving me the cook's tour. Great folks IMHO.
