Exhaust install, any ideas for dealing with the turbo side corroded nuts?
something that bad may need to be cut off but first try a huge dose of pb blaster and let it sit for a few hrs to penetrate. then hit it again and let it sit. then try impact socket to see if it will zip out
As elite1 suggests...DO NOT go at it like it sits now. You need to be soaking the hell out of it and I would say it should soak for a couple days and continue to re-apply penetrating oil/PB Blaster or similar. Looks like it is already stripped smooth, so if you can grind/file some flat spots and use a wrench and go slow....back and forth. If you try to clamp down with vice grips etc...you are squeezing and putting more strain on the bolt and pressing the nut tighter, making it harder to remove.
That sucks...I feel for you!
Good luck!

Xbox I went through the smart thing with mine last weekend. After messing with it for about 3 hours I had to put her back together and take a breather. If you have success with something let me know!
I soaked mine in penetrating oil, heated it with a torch etc.
Those locking nuts are the dumbest thing I have ever heard of

Don't worry. They look horrible when dry. But if you soak them enough(few application over the few days), they will look much better and clean. Mine were looking like yours but not even one was broken or stripped. GL!

Its somewhat brutal at first, but is really easy to use and I managed to get three on each side of in less than 1h. I couldn't get the O2 sensors off so I didn't do the top inside ones yet.
Here is some pictures...
The tool cost 8$
Thanks! On your plug question...If you want iridium, the factory heat range for Denso would be their IK20. One range cooler (if tuned) is IK22 gapped at .025. The normal OEM plug is Bosch® FR6 DPP332
