I'm running FDV 66mm turbo,Exhaust , headers , intercooler , piping , intake manifold, throttle, Y pipe , 2.5 clutch , so im tuning the car now , the car had tune from some known company , I did some datalog and saw that the car is running high boost 1.3bar on 91oct and on 3rd to 5th the car is pulling too much timing , the tune was not perfect. the car is running vrey low timing (3-4)degrees on low and mid range , Emre requested to get meth as im running 91 and our weather is too hot . so I ordered it . But im wondering how much whp I will see after installing the meth on pump gas ?and how much whp the car will make on 66mm turbo on 109+meth ?

dont know your turbo setup but adding 15-25% of meth overall your fuel setup can add you 100whp by advancing timing and boost ,
around 50whp (10%) is average most people will do (safe)
all depend your turbo capacity and how much your welling to play

 

The problem is that I couldn't find any one has as same as my setup . so thats why i asked u guys.
so as what i understand from ur post that i will get good more power with meth ..

 

yess by adding more boost ,you will need an electronic boost control to raise boost.. bring your car to a tuner that is familiar with meth

 

lol Im GTR guy , I need to read much about porsches , So i need BC to turn up boost , yes Im trying to install it at some good shop and Esmotor will tune it .

I have a similar setup, without the larger turbos.

We have crap gas. 91 rating. Although possibly lower

Meth helps out quite considerably. I run a 80% mixture by weight.

I'm in the middle of getting a tune from PTF as well

 

Go ahead with the meth install. Its a must in our weather if you want to get the most out of those turbos in a "safe" manner.

We have a similar 997.1 TT with alpha 3076, the car simply doesnt wanna run on pump. It even pulls timing with mixed fuel (race + pump).

SMS design and performance in Bahrain can do the install for you.

If you are concerned about safety and wanna run 100% meth, i recommend getting some braided stainless steel lines + AN fittings such as the ones offered by howerton engineering.

Emre is the best of the best when it comes to tuning these cars with meth.

Check Howerton Engineering. I think they might cost you $2000 for the kit, braided SS lines, AN fittings and Custom Tank.

 

Im done I installed it already and it costs me much lower than 2k ...
