Scalpel is infamous around these parts
Oil on front axle CV boots.

Was inspecting under car.

Found oil on both CV boots going into both hubs on front of car.

Car runs fine.

Can't see any tears.

Anyone expect this as normal?

boot is ripped. you can buy new ones or have these rebuilt. ECS sells rebuild kits for inside and outside CV boots.

Just spoke to the dealer. The CPO claim is denied based solely on the fact that I have Bilstein Coilovers on the car (aka modified suspension).

I have 32k miles, just had both replaced under extended warranty at Porsche dealer.....mine looked the same and you will probably see a build up of grease on the underside of the floor pan....if I recall the dealer invoice for warranty I signed was $1700 Mine were the front in board boots, you have to look through the under tray nacale ducts to see them...

About right. Mine ended up at $1,600 for both, but CPO claim was denied.
