i also can confirm this worked on my 2007 vantage. I was confused at first but there IS a fiber optic plug that goes in the back of the CD changer AND it’s not the one that’s plugged in behind the display. I literally had to unplug all the switches in the main center stack, remove it, loosen the CD changer (two screws) and remove the cd changer to get access to the plug. Once I used that set of fiber optic wires, it worked just fine.
