After reading this thread, I contacted my dealer to investigate availability/pricing to have the glass switches/buttons installed in my 2012 V8VS. Unfortunately, after they checked with a couple of sources, they were told it could not be done for my car.

Wow- I have an 11 v8s and they said yes, ordered it and waiting for it to come in for the install

If you can find out who your dealer contacted and the parts numbers, I will pass it along to my dealer. I really like the look of the glass switches.

We went back and forth with Aston in the UK
I will get the exact info from him. I can also give u his info if u want.. ? He is the parts manger for Ogara in Beverly Hills, ca

They tried to put it on V8V's..but Aston couldn't get a good rate plan with road side for towing!!

..what are you looking for, the "Sport/D/N/R" switchs in glass, and if they fit to a V8V?

Yes those switches in glass for a V8VS.

They became an option for the V8V in 2011, if requested the V8V could have come from the factory with them..there is no wiring difference between the switchs, internals are the same(resistors and diodes) ..plug and play, don't know what the whole complication is..

glass switches:

D: BG33-7Z156-AA
N: BG33-7A217-AA
R: BG33-7J175-AA
Sport: AD33-14B626-AA

Drive switches are around 145/ea and Sport is 133/ea ..estimated price, depends on dealer duties and any charges

guess these glass switches are stock on 13' V8VS and newer...
