Highest Mileage
#79
Don't think I win the award for most miles but maybe most miles per year... 2012 V8V-S 72k smiles, sense I bought it new. It's been mostly trouble free...
- It had a pressure line slip loose on the transaxle once... lots of oil on the ground but nothing broke.
- The blower fan on the AC was replaced. It just made an annoying tick
- The odd one was the vacuum lines around the manifold became brittle at 12k miles (clearly a supplier problem).
I'm about to pony up for the extended warranty and put another 25k miles on it. At some point I will have to replace the clutch but right now that's still working fine. It's hard to ask for much more out of a high-end, fancy-pants, sports car...excuse me, Grand Touring car.

You are the most driving forum member on a V8 and 4.7l and the highest mile we had was around 100k miles with the 4.3l.
I'm planing on driving my Aston daily and wonder how they do with daily use. I purchased my car just below 10k miles and put on ~500 miles the first week.
Somehow the price difference between high and low miles is minimal on the used car market.
I want to live my dream and daily the Aston, in good weather conditions of course.
