2015 V8 Vantage GT
I got the dealer brochure and there's no CF tailpipe option. Black textured tailpipe finishers are standard. The CF splitter & diffuser option is $6,380.00 (second most expensive option behind the $8,330.00 for the B&O audio system).
^^^^ I'm sorry, but you are wrong or you don't have access to the full brochure. The dealer brochure shows the carbon fiber exhaust tips, but there is no price for it and I assume that it might only available through Q.

Thanks, yeah the brochure I have is a bit more like a pamphlet / flyer. Perhaps as you say it's a Q thing, not sure. Delivered price for a manual coupe without any cost options starts at $105k here in Texas. Deletion of the lipstick, bi-color roof & mirror caps and all side graphics is a free option (thankfully, in my humble opinion).
^^^^ Well, not exactly. Deleting the vinyl GT stripe is a no cost option but, technically, adding the Graphics Pack (which includes the mirrors, lipstick, airfoil and a-pillar) is optional and not included in the base price. It is a bit silly to charge for that optionally ($3,190 for the coupe, $2,620 for the roadster) when every picture of the car has it. I think they do it this way so that there are no options that actually subtract from the base price only add to it or keep it the same (i.e. no-cost).
I wonder how many people will actually add the graphics pack to their order. I don't suspect many.

FYI: I was informed by Aston today that the GT has been so successful that they are not currently taking any more orders for this year. If you want a GT, you will have to wait to get it next year. Also, they have temporarily shut down production of other models at the factory in order to fulfill demand of GT orders. I don't know how this will impact anyone who has a DB9, Rapide, Vanquish or V12VS already on order.
Did Aston manage to get their waiver to not do US crash testing? I seem to recall a story a few weeks ago that it was threatening to make the GT a short-lived US run if they couldn't get it.
^^^^ Yes, it's true. The dealers are not taking any more orders now.
Also, the waiver for FMVSS 214 has still not been granted. The new regulations go into effect on September 1, 2014 for the DB9 and Vantage coupes and September 1, 2015 for the DB9 Volante and Vantage Roadster.
It is interesting to note that Aston is seeking a waiver for the DB9 until August 31 2016 and for the Vantage until August 31, 2017 which should give you a clue as to what their planned new vehicle introduction schedule currently is.
