Porterfield Disc Pads

Everyone seemed to like Porterfield Pads wi/BG no-squel. Disappointed at first with noise but after 300 miles - not a sound. Rear was needed, but I think I will replace front just to get rid of brake dust. Thanks Everyone
Did install front Porterfield. Same thing BG no-squel. occasional squeal up to three hundred miles and now silence. Interesting, my front were 6 months old (OEM) yet they were thicker than the Porterfields. I'm happy and wheels always look good

Stuart, I want a set of rear R4-S pads. Can you send me a PayPal invoice? I would get a set of fronts as well but I have 6-piston calipers so I need different pads. If you can figure out how to get pads for the newer, larger front brakes, I'll buy a set of those as well.

I've had a couple of enquiries for the fronts, let me see if I can put something together here. Sit tight!

Any updates, Stuart? If not, maybe I can buy the rear set for now? This brake dust is madness.

lol @ madness. I just clean em once a week, and make sure not to "break the film" until then!

I use Porterfield from Stuart and the Sonax Rim Cleaner to clean the brake dust.

Karl, I'll get you set up with an invoice for the rears tomorrow, can do the same for you Alphonso.

Think I can figure out the fronts if I can get enough orders, only need 5 or 6.

Porterfield Brakes

Put on rear out of necessity (lite on) used BG no-squeal. Had front on special so I bought and had installed to save $50 on sensors. Same deal spueal for about 300 miles and then silence and no dust. Interesting the front had about 8k on them yet the proterfields were thinner and less disc contact than OE.

I ordered a set of Porterfields brakes from Stuart for MY07 Vantage. I'm looking to install them this Friday. I wanted to see if I need put shims on the back of the pads or do they come with it. Crossing my fingers that this will get rid of the ridiculous loud brake squeal.
