I can appreciate your frustrations, and lack of wanting the thing after all the rubbish you have had to deal with.
A man buys a car with 98 miles or even 400 miles sold from a dealer as new, one would expect it to be AS NEW!
You are a very patient man, if it was me the dealer would have already been offering me a DB10 just to lay off them!
Hope you get sorted, horrible experience you have had, not to mention your family's loss.
