sliderule01 is infamous around these parts
Sometimes you can get a CEL (and misfire codes) with bad gas or gas that is not up to octane. Once system learns about the lower octane gas - the timing and other stuff adjusts. It has happened on other cars to me that had a bad batch of premium.

The maximum octane we get here is 91 and that's what I put. Even though the recommended on gas tank is 94. I asked the dealer they said it's not a problem because not like we have a choice.

I wish some of the people that made comments that insinuated they may know what the issue is, actually reply and tell me instead of dangling the carrot before me. It's stressful for me. After a couple of weeks and 1000 or so km's, the sign came back on today. Doesn't feel any different in driving but the sign stays on the whole time. So again being paranoid and not knowing I called the dealer and it's getting towed 3.5 hours on a highway to the dealer. I drove it last time and it was fine which it will likely be this as well but I want to avoid getting unnecessary highway km's on the vehicle. Aston Martin Roadside Assistance is towing it there free of charge but they won't bring it back. So I will save half way's mileage I guess.

This is so frustrating and worrisome for it to be recurring in this way.

Not something I'm able to comment on in public but if you email me at Stuart@VelocityAP.com I can explain.
