Help determine this noise

I have a ‘13 V8V sportshift - daily driver, everything is great, had it for a year and have had it serviced (recently the yearly in Nov 20)

just the last 2 days the car has developed and electrical sounding buzz

no performance issues or warning lights, but a noticeable loud buzzing sound

listen to the attached clip, and let me know your thoughts!

After more digging I came across the same issue on a piston heads form.

sounds like it’s a constant running vacuum pump

would there be any harm in taking out the fuse and continuing to drive it until I can get it fixed at the dealer?

Pulling the fuse is no harm, it is a popular modification to change the sound of the car.

I’m wondering if the hose did disconnect, is it a problem to have it disconnected while driving

Problem is with a vacuum leak the pump will eventually seize from running too much. So don't worry about it.

Removed fuse 22 and 15 as a test, unfortunately the sound did not stop...

Most recent update, have now found that the sound only occurs during idle, or stopped while in N or 1

What would be the symptoms of a seized vacuum pump?
I installed the remote control for the exhaust valves today, and I noticed a buzzing sound when it's OFF.
I crawled under the car and could feel the vacuum reservoir shaking and buzzing.
The buzzing sound goes away when I press ON.
Note that I can manually actuate the RH side valve (passenger side) whether the remote is on ON or OFF, but the LH side valve won't budge...
