Weird grinding noise around 2000-4000 RPM
I am hearing weird noises, can’t pinpoint exactly where because it only happens in motion, whenever it’s in 2000-4000 RPM.
from 4000 RPM the engine is pretty loud so it’s hard to know if it goes away or not.
is this a known issue for v8 Aston Vantage?

It would help if you state what model and year your Aston is.
The only grinding noise I have heard associated with the V8 Vantage is a thing called ‘Gear Chatter’ but that would come from the rear transaxle. It causes no harm and is caused by slightly looser tolerances in the gears.
Bamford Rose did a video on this. I hope this is your issue and not something expensive.
