Speaking of spacers - I bought a set of four 20mm for my '23 Vantage. They fit wonderfully on the rear but are too wide for the front. Looking for a pair of 10MM(ish) spacers and have a pair of 20mm if anyone is interested.
I've always had spacers on my Vantages (or larger wheels with offsets) - makes a huge difference in the looks, zero issues. I've also had spacers on my AMG SLK's - again no issues. I'm close to ordering a M2 BMW - first thing will be those spacers.

I had a set of macht schnell for my old F80, and it was perfect.
Thanks, Ray.
QUOTE=Gene G;4880160]I know there have been several treads on spacers. I just put 11mm H&R spacers with the extended thread lug nuts on both the front and rear. I think that the wheels on my car must be wider than some others because I’m sure that 23mm spacers
on the rear would be too much. The tires on my Vantage are 285x35x19 on the rear and 245x40x19 on the front. Anyway I’m very happy with the way it looks now. [/QUOTE]
Where did you guys get the extended studs? I pulled my 11mm spacers off my front because I was not comfortable with not getting enough treads on the lugs.
I really don't like the look of the wheels being sucked in the wheelwell.

Like Gene, I've purchased longer lug bolts on Ebay.
As a "general" engineering rule, (specific applications can vary), the retaining bolt (lug bolt in this case) should thread in, at a minimum, the diameter of the thread. So, a 14mm lug should thread in at least 14mm.
