2019+ TT V8 - Check your coolant

A FYI for you that drive any of the twin T...

Check your turbo coolant reservoir to make sure you can see fluid in it... You dont have to remove the name cap... just shine a light on the side and you should see a pink/red level..
These engines evap a lot of coolant...

That should be a sealed system. I'd be adding dye and looking for a leak.

I just checked my turbo coolant reservoir and it is indeed low. Thanks for the tip. The reservoir is under a cover , so you would not notice this unless you are looking for it.. I would assume this is just typical diluted antifreeze / coolant in this system ? Or is it special Aston Martin red kool aid ?

Caution on this, it is not monitored and its more like a expansion tank and if you overfill it the system will let you know.by leaking. When the multiple pumps run at operating temperature that reservoir does fill. If you notice there are no low/high marks on it.
