Did it today , it’s an absolute must if you want to see and appreciate the precision and care with which your car is built . Got to see some outstanding cars , even got to have a sit in a beautiful Aston Martin Valour …..only 150 will be built . Stunning car . Also got up close and personal with a current F1 car and a Valkyrie .
Amazing day out …
Do it you won’t regret it .
Huge Tks to Chris our tour guide , exceptionally knowledgeable and a real “Car Guy” .

Yes very easy , contact you local dealer , couple of emails and you’re done .
Note ******* It’s not a free tour ,yes it costs money but well worth it , max 6 in your group and one person must be a current owner of an AM

is Golden saffron a bright yellowish green ? If so then yes it was on the production line but I checked the build sheet for it and it was going to Switzerland so don’t think it was your car .

I did a factory tour on Thursday. I highly recommend it. Apart from seeing how the build progresses, you will see more build options in person than anywhere else. It has been said before, but some colors and combinations look far better (or worse) in person compared with in photographs. From what I could gather, if your dealer thinks you are serious about ordering a car, a guided trip to the plant should be easily organized to allow final choices. There was a well heeled couple getting shown around for that purpose while we were on our regular tour.
Although not common, some people even arranged a tour while their car was on the line and got to sign it in discreet locations, but I think you do need a flexible travel schedule.
What I also did the next day was an AM driving experience at Milbrook. It is about an hour from the Gaydon factory. I highly recommend that. On the Friday I attended there were 5 of us. Unusually we all chose Vantages, although DB12s and DBX models are possible. The best part is you get to drive the car the way it should be driven, but never do when it is your car. Flooring the accelerator and flat shifting on the 1 mile straight easily reaching 167mph indicated before braking hard for the banked run-out was a novel experience. Because the facility is a secure test location for Bentley and AM amongst others, there are no photographs allowed during the event.
BTW, I was told that as of last Thursday, AM will now accept credit card payment for these events. Previously, if you did not have a UK bank account an international wire transfer was required and that was a PITA.
