Any good company would send you a prepaid label for the return when it's their mistake.

I believe there are 2 different coils for the V12, a 2-pin connector and a 3-pin. AMBits should have known that! I hope they step up or that you get relief from the CC company.
I am confident on the refund (minus the costs incurred beyond the parts itself). Shipping was over $100 to return them. Consider how vendors deal with orders & returns before buying overseas.

Have you used the Amazon specials? Any feedback? I am starting to get misfires on my 14 Rapide and it's time for plugs and coil packs. Thanks!

I haven't tried them just saw and heard reviews. I don't buy things on a regular basis from Amazon because I like the hunt of a sale or discount. I am currently testing a set of 12 off eBay on a 2012 DBS that were $100, no issues yet coming up on 4 months.

I ended up going with DM Coils from Amazon. Seller was prompt, the quality looks good. So far, so good. I would recommend but only driven around 1000 miles on them.

how much did aston bits mistake ended up to cost you?
and how much it ended up to cost you with the amazon parts? in labor too as i may have to go through this soon too. i know my spark plugs were changed by the tecnician of andy palmer at valencia when my car had 25k kms and the trottle bodies too.
i have done oil change and i am looking hard to succeed the air filter change soon but i am stuck.
i spent 24k with the dealer in valencia car gallery, lately i tried 3 weeks to get price, in 7 years they ever asked my vin number but a new italian manager service was there from barcelona, asked me to email 4 times saying fast his complicate name so you cant even guess how to email him but once you got it right then he will never respond, asking you twice to send the vin number and ignoring in response, after 3 weeks i quit asking and i started buying tools. thats the spanish loyalty i call it. you live you learn.
