Noticed a leak when I was working on the brakes. Nothing on the garage the floor at all, and it drives perfectly. Any ideas on what the source could be?

Assuming this this is towards the back of the car...do you have a sport shift? I am guessing that's the hydraulic pump [2nd and 3rd pic].

 

Yeah, this is towards the back by the transaxle. I do have a sportshift.

 

If it also leaks above that pump, then it's the valve accumulator assembly. #17 in this pic: https://www.scuderiacarparts.com/ima...9YJT3CPUQC.gif

not a tech by training, but I would clean up everything, go for a short drive then check again to confirm where the leaks come from.

 

My money is on the mag plate sensor. Probably the most common on SS 1 system.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not familiar with a "mag plate sensor"? A quick google search didn't turn up any results either.
Could you provide a little more detail on that?

I wouldn’t get totally freaked about a drop or two of oil……It’s almost impossible to have a car of this complexity without oil seeping from somewhere…..
