P0191 doesn't necessarily mean the sensor is bad. You could have an implausible fuel pressure cause by a bad fuel pump. You'll need a scanner that can talk to both ECUs to know which one is reporting P0191. The DB9 Diagnostic manual says to read the fuel pressure while running. You should see 40PSI/276kPa while at idle. Depressurize the fuel rail and swap the two pressure sensors, clear the codes, and see if the code moves to the other ECU. If it does, then you have a bad sensor. If it stays with the same ECU you could have a fuel pump problem or wiring problem.

My 2007 uses a bosch sensor, but the earlier ones have a different setup. The manufacturer part number should be molded or printed onto the part.
