How long do your warm up your engine?
As AM4884 said " It takes a LONG time to get to an idle pressure of 21 PSI. It starts out a 71 PSI at room temp and gets down to 21 PSI some 10-15 minutes later."
how long do you warm up your engine, how many minutes, i wait between 3-5 minutes until the gauge move to the first white line. I have never skipped it.
same for the gearbox sport mode i wait 15 minutes at least.

I don’t idle for more than a couple of minutes…then drive sensitively until it reaches temp..takes me 8 mins to reach the highway…by the time I climb the on ramp ..we are ready to go..love second and third gears…lol
waiting until there is oil pressure is of course wise, other than that what are you waiting for? the parts will reach operating temperature very quickly once you start driving. maybe don't do donuts until then...
it takes me about 60 seconds from START to place phone in door strap, put AM accessory wrist watch on (keep in car), put keys in the armrest compartment, put on seatbelt, put on sunglasses, release parking brake, press AC button then recirculate button, then R button...
also i live in Florida

I tend to wait for the rpm to drop below 1000, but also in Florida so never any real cold start.
I would hope that the oil system is never really over pressurized even when cold.
Pushing any engine that has not reached its optimum operating temperature can result in excessive wear that is measurable through oil analysis but probably not going to be catastrophic.

I used to wait a full 10-15 minutes to be especially cautious. I only drive my car for fun so I'm never in a rush to get somewhere and am fine with waiting, plus where I live it can be chilly during driving season. Recently I've realized that the drive out of my neighborhood is pretty perfect for easing the car up to temp and waiting that long in the garage is unnecessary, so I've been cutting my warm up routine down to sub-5 minutes.
I drive immediately but keep the revs below 3K until the temperature needle reaches normal. No need to rush this process. A new engine is probably more than the vehicle is currently worth.
I just drive and go. I don't push the RPM's until I feels like it's not dragging in the rear if that makes sense. In the winter than can be like 5-6 minutes of driving. I'll it keep it in auto until that point. The rest of the driving is always in manual mode.
Drive and go but be mindful of revs until warmed up. This is recommended by all manufacturers.
Leaving your engine idling in a modern car to try and warm it up is very bad. They were never designed for this.
It causes oil dilution due to unburnt fuel, reduced lubrication and catalytic converter problems due to the length of time running cold.

On cold start up I wait until the engine idles down. Have never timed it, but it is not long. Then drive reasonably until the engine warms up. Heard that that dry sump engines oil takes little longer to warm up. The transmission can be little notchy when cold as well.
