Hey guys, earlier today I put in an order for an 07 DB9. Titanium silver with iron ore red interior and mohagony.(black carpeting and black on the top portion of dash).. I currently own a 997S and the AM is probably going to be my moms DD. the sailsman took me out on a ride and man does is sound *****ing, may I also add that it hauls some serious ***.
should be coming around June .. worth the wait though

This is going to be the first AM in out family.. what can you guys say about this car, as far as being a DD and also about its performace... Comparisons are alwyas appreciated..

Just drove a DB9 Convertible the other day and it was cool. The car had rims, exhaust, and ecu flash, so I wouldn't be good for comparison sake. If you think the sound is great, you should hear it with the exhaust...just awesome. The car seems to punch down low but loses a lot of torque up top. Nowhere near as fast as my turbo, but they are different cars. AM has more class and style. I drove it around town for about an hour and was comfortable the whole time.

I'm sure moms will love it!

 

So you dont think a DB9 coupe can take a 996 turbo on the freeway?

 

Maybe a stock one, but stage 2 and up...no way!
