Alright folks, I've started considering the idea that this little hobby of mine might need to be put on hold.
Although I am not active here on 6speedonline, feel free to view my NASIOC member feedback section for proof of legitimacy and positive sales history, ~20 sales at 100% feedback. I'll include a link to that..

I am the original owner of the car, I purchased it brand new from Cypress Coast Subaru in Monterey, CA and drove it to New York. The car came with the Factory Short Throw Shifter, and Cold Weather Package.
I have all Invoices and Receipts of all parts purchased and labor performed, dated and kept here with me at home.
The CarFax is absolutely Mint Clean, and can be provided for serious Inquiries.
The car itself has seen around ~27,000 miles since then, however, the entire motor and supporting modifications have only seen their 1500 break in period miles and a few hundred highway miles since the break in. Only about 200 miles on the full E85 tune.
Proper break in oil changes have been performed on the fresh motor, and everything has come up clean after oil inspection.
The car will come with a brand new set of Hawk HPS Pads for the rears, no extras for the fronts at the moment, however the stock pads have tons of life left on them.
All parts have been installed by Innovative Tuning in Buffalo, NY, or myself in the case of the suspension, dressup, and wheels. Innovative built, assembled, and installed the fresh motor, everything has been done 100%, no corners have been cut, I had every intention of doing this correctly the first time.
The car made 446whp and 412wtq on the E85 tune. The block is the same used in the Innovative Tuning Track car and is easily capable of handling high 5XXwhp with a larger turbo and front mount. Everything else is built with tons of cushion for power building. The fuel system will handle anything you throw at it. Its built with track use in mind but you would never know it driving around, the light suspension overhaul keeps it fun to drive without sacrificing drivability. I have driven this around town, to the store, and just on liesure drives frequently. Still just as comfortable as the day I bought it, albeit a bit louder.
I detail cars during the summers here, and in no way does this STI get neglected while the others get attention. The car is hand washed at least once every two weeks, weekly in the summer when its nice out and I have time on my hands. Clay barred, polished, waxed, Iron X, Sonax for the wheels, all of that. During the one winter that this car saw here in New York, it was driven sparingly, and saw very few miles. The underside was sprayed down about 2x a week when being driven in the winter to prevent any salt build up. The entire exhaust and much of the suspension has since been replaced, so those parts have no winter wear on them AT ALL.
The interior is kept vacuumed, the original floor mats have never seen a foot, as I keep the thick Subaru all weather mats on year round. The interior trim and dash have never seen anything other than 303 Aerospace Cleaner (awesome). The leather seat bolsters and trim is kept up with application of Maguires Gold Class Leather cleaner and protectant. Absolutely no rips, tears, or major abrasions in any of the suede or leather.
Exterior 9/10
-One small dent (<size of a quarter) in the drivers side front door, about 1.5" from the bottom of the door and 4" from the front of the door in the bottom left corner.
-Very, very light impression lines where the roof rack once was on each side bar under the screw-points.
-Very small area of touch up paint where my old tires rubbed before I removed them, just on the inside of one of the rear fender lips.
-The original front bumper had hit a raccoon, and has been replaced with a brand new 2011 bumper from Subaru.

Why are you selling it?
Shortly after finishing the build, I shifted my attention away from the idea of tracking the car next year or building it further to focus on my studies and begin saving for grad school.
All of my time goes to my studies now, and all of my money goes to either current schooling fees or into an account for grad school.
Because of all of this, everything that still goes into the STI (Insurance, maintenance, general fees) is now hurting what I could be directing toward saving and studying. I've decided that the car needs to go. Maybe sometime after grad school I will revisit all of this and build another car, I hope I do, but for now it's just not practical.
Anyway, my loss is someones gain. Mechanically, the car is freshly built, just sitting in my garage waiting for someone to scoop it up!
