I was cleaning out the garage and I found my old B&M undercar SSK. I am asking $100. Looking to free up cash for christmas presents. I installed the kit and ran it for a little bit then swapped up to the 997 SSK when I had some extra cash laying around. Great way to improve the sportiness of your car without breaking the bank.

 

What is your thought or review comparing both the 997 SSK verses B&M. I had a B&M and loved it. When they rebuilt my tranny they couldn't line up my B&M shifter and installed a "modified" stock 997 shifter. Lets just say night and day difference and I miss my B&M shifter and would love to see if I can get it to someone that can line it up again!

I was thinking of going with the 997 SSK , but want to make sure it is better then the B & M.

Will this fit a 997? Very inerested if so!

 

The B&M was a MUCH shorter throw (I had mine set to the shortest at first) and it felt great. I got a great deal on my 997 ssk and if not for that, probably would have kept the B&M. I had considered combining the two but I got lazy

 

To be honest, I have no clue if it would fit a 997 and I would hate to steer you the wrong direction.

i love my bm shifter it really transforms the feel of the car. probably one of my favorite mods of all time and also probably the cheapest.

 

+1 on one of the cheapest mods to really change the way the car feels.
