I have a buzzing noise from the dash off idle and the relay clicks. Often times rapidly. I have bought chassis ears and determined the relay for the vacuum pump (based on wiring diagrams and wire colors). It looks like the ecu controls the vacuum pump. What tells the ecu to turn on the pump? I have a video of the sounds and will try to upload. It’s loud and besides being annoying I’m not sure if it’s damaging here is a link to the sound.

 

I have determined the buzzing is from the pump. Being mounted behind the left front wheel the sound is transmitted thru the firewall.
