drivers window not dropping

Hi.
my drivers side window and 1/4 glass has suddenly stopped dropping when you open the door.
I also hear a flurry of solenoids clicking for a second or two. Tied to reset windows but dosnt help. then once in about 5 or 10 attempts it will work fine for that one time.
any ideas please?

Hi Frank, did you try the key in the door lock and turn and hold for about 5-7 seconds to the right?

Thanks for that.. but no difference.
Window keeps popping up and down by 1/4 inch including 1/4 glass intermittently with the door open. It thinks I am pulling the handle but I'm not.

@Frank ( Sunnyside ) ,
Usually the sign of a low house battery, I have had the same, sometimes they would do nothing, or the 1/4 glass would keep dropping until it disappeared into the quarter panel and made the clunk at the bottom, charged the battery, and all was good after a reset of all windows.

Thanks Johnny.
I have it on a battery maintainer. As all my calipers are off the car I can't start it as you have to press the brake. I will measure the voltage later. Could it be a faulty door handle
The passenger side is perfect.
Frank.

Hi..( not sure of your name)
I have sent all my calipers to a company called " Big Red" . They do full restoration on your calipers and send them back any colour you want.
I have chosen Post Box Red. Basically they are now new🙂

It took about 1 week for the rear calipers, including cradle.
lipers. You will need to ask them for a price. I think it depends on how bad they are but I paid arround £100 each.
The complete fronts are much larger and have more parts. Mine are still there so I haven't had the final price but I think they will be about £160 each.
But to be fair thats like getting back new calipers.
