dj...its the OEM csl airbox. you need alpha N software to run it. you also need new cams i believe. basically its a lot of work for 15 hp. i dont think anyone in the US has been able to get it to work. usually you run into problems when trying to fit the CSL airbox to a non csl car.

yup i second what porschec4 said.. u basically can't put that airbox without reverting to a map sensor (i.e alpha n ecu)

Vorsteiner is supposedly working on a CF airbox variation; I'm sure it will look cool and it won't need Alpha-n, but I'm not sure about performance or sound improvements

im very interested in seeing this as i want the csl airbox but it pretty much cant be done in the US. hopefully its a good product worth the money.

its not about the extra power, its about how much sexier it sounds

but 3g for an airbox, and so much work, i'm gonna pass....

obv the sound is great. regardless its a lot of time and money for something that prob wont ever work on a US m3.

No. There are shady ways on importing one though.
