Condensation on Windshield Problem

Having problem with my Boxster and looking for some guidance. Foam starting coming out of the air vents, stopped and now my windshield gets exterior condensation. Very annoying since running around with wipers on all the time. Seems cold air is leading from the defrost, hitting the windshield and causing the fog. I live in Florida where it’s hot and humid so turning down my AC or having it come out of the footwell is not an option.

I’ve looked at all the DIY videos on YouTube talking about the foam problem, but they don’t address my particular problem. Many thanks in advance for any h

@ralph1461 you will likely get a lot of different responses and none will address your problem. I know cuz I HAD the same problem with my 987. It's caused by the air conditioner separator vent (inside the HAVC unit) losing the foam covering. Once all the foam is gone, the cold air seeps through the vent and out your defrost vents. Given what has to be bad humidity in Florida, when the cold air hits the windshield it causes condensation. Like you, I looked at all the DIY videos and none solved this problem. Outside of this company I found that solves the problem with a product they produce, the only solution is a major repair that involves taking out the dash the access the HAVC unit. If you are interested in the company, please DM me as don't want to get in trouble with 6Speed.
