Lost Cobb tune on my Cayman S 987.1 3.8 build after clearing codes with a iCarsoft D
Hi Everyone,
I have a 'Joe Anselmo' 3.8 conversion Stage 2 "autocross' engine on my 2008 Cayman S. The car came with this engine and a Cobb tune that engaged when I push the 'Sport' button.
Two weeks ago I cleared a 'Check Engine' light that came on after I overfilled the oil. I removed the extra then reset the codes with a new iCarsoft PPRV2.0 Diagnostic Tool.
After that, the custom tune does not come on.
Can i get it back? Is there a rollback feature on this tool that I don't know about?
Can I get it re-tuned by the company that did the original? Is that the best course of action?
Any thoughts for solutions here?
IT was a fun tune and I really want to get it back.
