i'll check my other computer but for now, it is very dark; looks almost black at night.

i love the colour & wish it was back on the list.

 

if you have a great pic of one i would love to see it. i am looking at one and the pics like you stated makes it look black. would love to see one photo'd outside instead of in a showroom

This one isn't mine but it is the same color as my "06 CTT
It looks black until the sun hits it.
I believe BMW calls it Traumschwartz which translates to Dream Black

 

Here's a couple of shots of my beast. Without sun it looks black but not exactly — compare to the window pillars and the tire rubber. Under sun the olive shines out. Mundane photos but it does show the effect. My favourite colour also and I deny any bias.

Don't know why they discontinued it.

That colour! Love it! Never seen it in europe before, it would definitely be going on my 2013 CTT

 

saw a 911 cab in that colour with black top & interior @ Downtown Porsche in toronto. thing sold in a few weeks

 

Mine started more black but the more i wax her the more she shines green.
