Evoms tune for cayenne s?
Anyone have any experience with a tune for the 957 s? I'm considering going with evoms mainly because my car is currently at lux Motorwerks in keyport nj ((check them out! Ranked #7 in best automotive customization shops)) getting my calipers powder coated acid green and having a rear camera installed amongst other things.
Anyway, I can find information on turbo cayenne tunes but little to nothing on cayenne s tunes. I have liestung intakes, sprint booster and fab speed cat bipass pipes/ tips. Just want a little more noticeable go instead of noise...

That I understand, I'm just looking for more real world experience. It also seems that with the tunes I'll be expecting more along the lines of a 35 horsepower increase, which isn't too bad. Thanks foretold I put though.
To me personally $1000+ for a 20-30hp gain doesn't seem like the best dollar per horse number. But to each their own. That's why its your rig and not mine. Good luck with your upgrade. Interested in seeing those green calipers. Bet they will look good.
That's the inner battle I'm having. It sucks because I get the itch to do something to the truck to make my daily commute a little more fun. But every time I look at those prices, I can't justify it. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks that way. I'll post pictures today when I get it back.
The biggest benefit of tuning the N/A V8 Cayenne is the relatively HUGE low end/midrange torque increase. It's true that peak gains are 25-30hp (which are significant on their own, you can definitely notice that) and 20ft-lb, but see this dyno of a GTS that shows a torque gain of 25ft-lb at the tires at 2700rpm--that is a gain of 10% more torque down low, which is huge! It makes a big difference in how the truck accelerates at low RPM, which frankly is where an SUV spends most of its time being driven.
